About the Role
This is a high-impact opportunity to drive revenue growth and position the company among the top 5% of SaaS growth stories. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead the charge to achieve $1M ARR within 12 months. As one of the first sales hires, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting and executing the sales strategy while directly influencing the company's growth trajectory.
What You'll Do
Sales Excellence
- Close enterprise-level deals, leveraging tailored presentations and compelling storytelling.
- Use CRM tools like HubSpot to optimize pipeline management.
- Continuously refine pitch decks and sales approaches to resonate with diverse audiences.
Outbound & Inbound Strategies
- Implement innovative outbound strategies using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, and ZoomInfo.
- Support a product-led growth strategy by converting free-tier users into enterprise clients.
- Collaborate across teams to optimize lead generation and user experience.
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet ambitious revenue targets.
- Build and scale a Sales Development Representative (SDR) function as the operation grows.
- Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team.
Growth & Relationship Building
- Shorten the sales cycle through continuous process improvements.
- Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers in enterprise accounts.
- Develop a sales playbook to ensure scalable, repeatable success.
