Duties and Key Responsibilities
Process weekly payments, including staff reimbursements and intercompany transactions, ensuring invoice terms are met.
Ensure the maintenance of robust internal controls for payments and receipts.
Monitor and manage operating expenses to facilitate informed decision-making.
Prepare and post quarter-end expense and accrual journals.
Contribute to the annual budgeting process and quarter-end FP&A reporting.
Assist in the preparation of management packs and other reporting materials.
Conduct cash flow forecasting and manage liquidity to support financial stability.
Manage and resolve general Accounts Payable queries effectively.
Liaise with banking partners and ensure the maintenance of banking systems.
Prepare and process internal bank transfers and reinsurance payments.
Oversee corporate credit card expenses and accounts.
Provide ad hoc support to the FP&A team and collaborate with business partners as needed.
Skills and Experience
Accounting degree qualified or part CA/CPA qualified.
Strong IT skills including Excel and ERP system usage.
High level of attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
