About the Role:
As an Aged Care Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality, personalised care to elderly residents, ensuring their well-being and dignity are maintained at all times. You will work in a supportive team environment and be responsible for clinical care delivery, assessments, and maintaining a safe and respectful atmosphere for residents.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individual care plans tailored to residents' needs.
• Lead and mentor junior staff, ensuring clinical excellence.
• Build strong, respectful relationships with residents and their families.
• Ensure compliance with all aged care regulations and best practice standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance overall care.

What You'll Need:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• A genuine passion for aged care and improving the lives of older Australians.
• Previous experience in aged care is preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
