Psychologist - Occupational Rehabilitation - Newcastle

About the Role:

As a Psychologist in Occupational Rehabilitation, you will:

  • Provide psychological support and counselling to individuals navigating significant changes in their career and personal circumstances.
  • Conduct assessments and case management services across diverse client portfolios.
  • Assist individuals in their recovery, rehabilitation, and return to meaningful employment.
  • Apply your clinical expertise to support clients in achieving their pre-injury or new employment goals.
  • Build strong relationships with health professionals, employers, insurers, and other stakeholders to drive positive outcomes.

About You:

  • Full AHPRA registration as a Psychologist (Provisional Psychologists with an interest in Occupational Rehabilitation are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centred approach.
  • A passion for helping people regain independence and confidence.
