Credit Manager

An exciting role managing a small team and high-value collections within the professional services industry. Excellent benefits and compensation.

The Role:

  • Full-time permanent
  • Hybrid working
  • Managing a team of 3-6 Officers
  • Melbourne CBD location

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise work allocation, coaching, training, and performance reviews.
  • Ensure collection protocols.
  • Support strategic projects aimed at improving profitability/growth.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders for process improvement.
  • Work closely with internal teams on new billing arrangements.
  • Collaborate across various departments providing expertise on credit/billing initiatives.


Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a professional or financial services environment.
  • Proven experience supervising teams.
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Qualification in Commerce or a business-related discipline is preferred.
