Sales Operations Manager – Fintech

We're seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager to join a dynamic, global organization in the online trading industry. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in enhancing sales productivity and efficiency. You'll work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams to optimize processes, develop key performance metrics, and transform data into actionable strategies. Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, you'll help drive a culture of high performance and continuous improvement across our global sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret sales data to uncover trends, identify bottlenecks, and highlight growth opportunities.
  • Create and manage dashboards and reporting systems to monitor key performance indicators.
  • Streamline sales processes to shorten cycle times and boost conversion rates.
  • Work closely with sales leadership to pinpoint process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
  • Develop and roll out best practices and sales playbooks to enhance team productivity.
  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, and product teams to ensure strategic alignment and support revenue growth.
  • Oversee and refine CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to maintain data integrity and improve workflow efficiency.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support sales forecasting, resource planning, and strategic decisions.

About You:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, data analytics, or business intelligence.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative abilities with a knack for turning complex data into actionable strategies.
  • Advanced expertise in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and analytics tools such as Quicksight, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalents.
  • Demonstrated success in leveraging data to enhance sales performance and operational efficiency.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Innovative problem solver with solid project management capabilities.
  • Skilled at collaborating with cross-functional teams across different regions and cultures.
  • Flexible to work from the office regularly, with occasional travel as needed.
