About the Role
As a Senior Frontend Developer, you will:

• Estimate and break down work into manageable units from the backlog.
• Develop technical specifications based on business and functional requirements.
• Establish development standards and collaborate with Product, QA, UX, and other teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Contribute to and maintain a custom React framework and component library.
• Drive innovation by generating and implementing new ideas.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers through code reviews, pairing, and training opportunities.

About You

• Extensive experience in React/TypeScript development.
• A deep understanding of responsive design, browser behavior, and compatibility.
• Experience with Jenkins or other CI servers and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven expertise working with AWS.
• A strong focus on test-driven development using tools like Jest.
• Hands-on experience working in agile teams with an emphasis on quality and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and the ability to write optimized code.
• A commitment to delivering exceptional site speed and utilizing tools to ensure the best customer experience.
