The Role

As a Clinical Educator, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of crafting and delivering world-class educational programs that shape the way care is provided. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals, guiding them toward excellence in clinical practice, while continuously elevating standards. Your work will not just be about training-it will be about creating a legacy of care that impacts lives every day. This is a full-time role with a Monday to Friday schedule, offering you the opportunity to focus on what you do best.

The Perfect Character for This Role:

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent)
• A minimum of 3 years of post-graduate nursing experience
• Current registration with the relevant professional body
• Expertise in adult learning principles and experience in program development
• Outstanding communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
• A deep understanding of Aged Care Accreditation Standards and their application
