Junior Project Coordinator

We're looking for a Project Coordinator to join this dynamic team and play a key role in ensuring smooth project delivery. Experience using JIRA highly desirable. 3 month initial contract with potential to extend.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Handling & Insights: Utilize your skills in MS Excel and Power BI to manage, analyse, and present project data effectively.
  • Project Management Support - JIRA: Leverage tools like Jira to create, assign, and track tickets, ensuring project milestones are met on time.
  • CRM Oversight: Work with platforms such as Salesforce to extract data, manage leads, and maintain up-to-date project information.
  • Document & File Organization: Keep shared files organized and accessible, supporting trials and project workflows efficiently.
  • Project Support: Assist project teams with scheduling meetings, preparing documentation, tracking progress, and coordinating resources to ensure seamless project execution.

The Candidate

  • Proven experience using Jira to support project management tasks
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, with familiarity in Power BI being a strong advantage
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce for data extraction and management
