• Collaboration at Its Finest: Teamwork makes the dream work. You'll work closely with the Residential Care Manager and clinical staff to ensure that systems, processes, and care plans are always improving and evolving.
• The Director of Care: With your expertise, you'll manage clinical assessments, care plan development, and evaluations, ensuring our residents always get the best. You'll lead with confidence and compassion, making a difference with every action.

The Perfect Character for This Role:

• An Experienced CNM: You've spent at least 3 years in a Clinical Nurse Manager role, showcasing your leadership, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
• A Compassionate Leader: You know how to build strong relationships with your team and residents, leading with empathy and integrity every step of the way.
• A Master of Standards: You're well-versed in Aged Care Quality Standards and continuously improve processes to maintain exceptional care.
• The Ultimate Team Player: You're ready to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and ensure your staff are equipped to deliver outstanding care.

Requirements to Play This Role:

• Current National Police Clearance (no older than 6 months).
• Annual flu vaccination (you've got it covered).
• AHPRA registration - because every hero needs to be certified!
• At least 3 years CNM experience
