Are you ready to be part of something transformative? This business is on a mission to redefine meeting productivity and is looking for an exceptional Account Executive to join their team.

About the Role
This is a high-impact opportunity to drive revenue growth and position the company among the top 5% of SaaS growth stories. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead the charge to achieve $1M ARR within 12 months. As one of the first sales hires, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting and executing the sales strategy while directly influencing the company's growth trajectory.

What You'll Do

Sales Excellence

  • Close enterprise-level deals, leveraging tailored presentations and compelling storytelling.
  • Use CRM tools like HubSpot to optimize pipeline management.
  • Continuously refine pitch decks and sales approaches to resonate with diverse audiences.

Outbound & Inbound Strategies

  • Implement innovative outbound strategies using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, and ZoomInfo.
  • Support a product-led growth strategy by converting free-tier users into enterprise clients.
  • Collaborate across teams to optimize lead generation and user experience.

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet ambitious revenue targets.
  • Build and scale a Sales Development Representative (SDR) function as the operation grows.
  • Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team.

Growth & Relationship Building

  • Shorten the sales cycle through continuous process improvements.
  • Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers in enterprise accounts.
  • Develop a sales playbook to ensure scalable, repeatable success.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven track record in enterprise B2B SaaS sales with large, complex deals.
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills across various audience levels.
  • A data-driven, creative mindset with a passion for experimentation.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and ready to thrive in a high-performance startup environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot and a solid understanding of metrics and analytics.
