Our client is looking for a skilled Finance Officer to join their talented team. In this role, you'll support the team with daily operations, focusing on accounts receivable and banking tasks.

You'll also ensure continuity of service by stepping in for the Accounts Receivable Officer and Banking Officer when needed, helping improve customer service for both internal and external stakeholders. You'll assist with general financial accounting duties and be involved in responding to audit inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily reconciliation of bank accounts
• Help with monthly banking reconciliations
• Support with bank statement uploads and receipting
• Address audit inquiries
• Stay familiar with the tasks of other Finance Officers to provide backup when needed

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in a Finance Officer role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High level of computer literacy (Microsoft Office suite)
• Great attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure
• Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience
