About the Role:


We are seeking a Senior Business Development professional with a track record of raising capital to join the growing team in Sydney. In this role, you will:

• Build and manage relationships with investors, including high-net-worth individuals and financial institutions.
• Lead capital-raising efforts for a first mortgage fund and specific projects.
• Travel nationally to represent the company and engage with investors.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and lending teams to refine communication strategies and deliver results

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively develop new investor relationships while maintaining and enhancing existing ones.
• Manage and update the investor database to ensure seamless communication and engagement.
• Work with internal teams to create compelling investment documents and outreach materials.
• Represent the business with professionalism and integrity at networking events.

What We're Looking For:

• A strong, established network of potential investors and a proven track record in capital raising.
• At least 6 years of experience in investor relations, business development, or a similar role within a financial institution.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven, collaborative, and eager to contribute to a purpose-driven organisation.
• A tertiary qualification in a relevant field is desirable but not essential.
