In this role, you'll be a key member of the Executive Leadership team, providing financial expertise and strategic vision. Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute robust financial strategies that align with company goals.
• Oversee the financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
• Manage core financial functions such as accounting, treasury, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, financial institutions, and key stakeholders.
• Delivering clear insights into financial performance and strategic initiatives.
• Identify and address financial risks and opportunities with innovative solutions.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering professional growth and a culture of high performance.

Criteria:

• Over 15 years of experience in accounting and finance
• Proven background in the property sector
• Exceptional communication skills with strong influencing capabilities
• Extensive expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting
• Demonstrated strengths in analytical thinking, strategic decision-making, and solving complex challenges
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
• CA, CPA, or ACCA qualified
