Position Overview:
The Senior Commercial Finance Manager will lead a team responsible for financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and reporting. This role partners with senior leadership to provide insights on financial performance, drive decision-making, and ensure the alignment of financial objectives with business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of commercial finance professionals.
• Oversee financial forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to senior management.
• Monitor and manage P&L performance, offering recommendations for improvement.
• Identify financial risks and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Drive process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy.
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; professional qualification preferred.
• CA/CPA Qualified
• 1o+ years of commercial finance experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong financial planning, analysis, and reporting skills.
• Experience managing and developing teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in financial systems and Excel.
