Senior Consultant - Transaction Services

• Melbourne based. Very flexible hybrid working arrangements
• Salary: Up to $200,000 + super + bonus

Deliver technical and commercial due diligence projects across Australia and Asia, ensuring high-quality outcomes with a focus on renewables, data centres, T&D, and waste management.

We're seeking a skilled professional to enhance the capability and capacity of a growing transaction services team, with a strong focus on technical and commercial diligence services across infrastructure subsectors. Key areas include renewables, data centres, transmission & distribution, and waste management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver technical and commercial due diligence projects across Australia and Asia, ensuring high-quality outcomes with a focus on renewables, data centres, T&D, and waste management but inclusive of other sectors too.
• Collaborate across teams to integrate specialized expertise and meet client needs.
• Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships, identifying opportunities for innovation and added value.
• Support leadership in building team capacity, developing skills, and fostering talent.
• Contribute to the growth of the transaction services team and the broader advisory business.

About you:

• Membership of relevant professional institutions / professional bodies or significant credit towards eligibility for membership

• Proven technical and commercial due diligence experience across infrastructure subsectors.
• A track record of delivering under time pressures while maintaining quality standards.
• The ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
