They're looking for a passionate Psychologist to join their team in Western Sydney. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert rehabilitation counselling to injured workers, creating bespoke return-to-work plans.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, including vocational and psychological evaluations.
• Liaise with employers, healthcare professionals, and insurers to facilitate smooth recovery and reintegration.
• Manage a varied caseload and ensure all case files and reports are maintained in compliance with relevant guidelines.

Requirements:

• Experience within Rehab Counselling or a Qualified Psychologist with general or provisional registration with AHPRA
• Experience in workplace rehabilitation, case management, or return-to-work planning.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a positive, solutions-focused attitude.
