What's the job?
As Home Care Manager, you'll be at the helm of the operation in East Perth, WA, but you won't be working in a bubble. You'll work alongside a talented team of coordinators, resource schedulers, and clinical leads, all while driving business development and growth in a market that's ripe for expansion. You'll report directly to the General Manager and make bold, strategic decisions that shape the future of home care in WA and beyond. You'll also be responsible for growing a client base and securing new opportunities, ensuring that the market share expands year after year.
