Lifecycle Marketing Lead | 12 month FTC

The Lifecycle Marketing Lead will play a crucial role in enhancing personalised engagement and improving lead conversion and retention



This role is for a 12 month contract

Foster personalized engagement and nurturing relationships that increase lead conversion and retention. The role involves developing strategies for new journeys and optimising existing journeys, through gathering insights and input from key stakeholders across the business. This role reports into the Marketing Automation Manager and works closely with key stakeholders to then oversee the martech stack.

The Role

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Automation Manager to guide the integration and utilization of the CDP, establishing a strategic roadmap for personalised journeys.
  • Partner with automation, content, and communications teams to develop and refine journey mapping and reporting.
  • Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders on content strategy, messaging, and segmentation.
  • Oversee the end-to-end briefing process, collaborating with stakeholders and external agencies to expedite the deployment of marketing initiatives.
  • Provide insights and present on campaign progress based on reports and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with various teams responsible for acquisition, retention, and ongoing support to develop and execute marketing strategies.
  • Lead the Strategy and Requirements stream (lifecycle and design team), addressing challenges, blockers, and capacity issues.
  • Gather problems to be solved and requirements from brand stakeholders
  • Lead the data analyst to derive insights that support strategy.
  • Act as the lifecycle owner for allocated brands, maintaining high-level customer journey maps.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to manage timing and ensure smooth execution.
  • Work with the Marketing Automation Manager to continuously refine outputs and ways of working.
  • Manage and lead a team to drive the strategy and requirements of campaigns.

About You

  • Previous experience in creating complex customer journeys from end-to-end
  • Tertiary qualifications in a marketing or business discipline,
  • Experience using Marketing Automation software (eg, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and analytics tools
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders and articulate technical issues to non-technical audiences
  • Ability to deliver high quality results within timeframes
