Role Overview: Reporting to the Head of Digital, the Senior eCommerce Product Manager will lead the product strategy for my client's digital platforms. The role is crucial for driving eCommerce revenue growth, working with both internal and external teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver the product strategy across web, app, and digital touchpoints. Use data and user research to guide product decisions and enhance customer satisfaction.
Product Roadmap: Translate strategy into actionable tasks for development teams. Lead a small team and ensure product features are delivered on time and aligned with business needs.
eCommerce Performance: Implement features and improvements to drive online revenue growth and enhance user experience across web and app platforms.
Skills and Attributes:
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication, able to present analysis and insights clearly.
Data-driven, with strong analytical abilities and experience using tools like Excel, Power BI, JIRA, and Confluence.

Experience:
8+ years in Digital/Technology roles.
2+ years in Product Management.
Experience with Agile methodologies and managing external agencies.
Knowledge:
Deep understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Familiarity with Google Analytics and Agile methodologies like Kanban and Lean.
