Business Development Manager – Healthcare / NDIS

We're looking for someone with the charm of a healthcare whisperer and the strategy of a chess grandmaster to join our team as a Business Development Manager.

About the Company:

Key Responsibilities:

  • National Growth Strategy: Lead your own growth portfolio in developing and executing strategies to drive national growth. Spot opportunities within hospitals, aged care homes, community centres, churches etc. and stay ahead of the competition!
  • Partnership Development: Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, staffing agencies, and industry influencers. Negotiate, nurture, and secure partnerships that will have everyone talking.
  • Innovation & Leadership: Be the innovative trailblazer who inspires your team, bringing fresh lead generation ideas to the table like a creative genius.
  • Performance & Impact: Set ambitious goals, track success, and celebrate every win-yes, we expect a victory dance!

Key Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in business development, partnership management, or growth (if you've done it in healthcare or staffing, even better!).
  • Expert relationship builder - happy to be on the phone talking to new people most of the day.
  • Passionate about the healthcare industry and desire to do purposeful work assisting people in need.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire confidence and action.
