The Role:
Accounts and Compliance Officer role
NFP industry
9-month initial contract
Immediate start available
$35-37/hour + super (casual contract)
Eastern suburbs of Melbourne with hybrid working
Key responsibilities:
Manage and collect data for accounts
Ensuring full compliance with the deeds, contracts and data (including POs)
Manage the invoice approval process and engage with internal and external stakeholders
Positively respond to all internal and external queries in a timely manner
Batch-upload of expenses for claim back and resolution of any discrepancies (internally)
Entry of all types of accounts and data into the system and follow through on payments to ensure deed compliance obligations and contractual time frames are met
Take invoices on spreadsheets from the suppliers, manipulate, and manage the data
Engagement with suppliers, managing disputes, and engaging with internal stakeholders
Key requirements for the role:
Knowledge of Accounts Payable and Bank reconciliation processes
High attention to detail
Stakeholder and external supplier management experience
Tech One experience advantageous
Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and formula development
